Near the beach, Dromana's blocks are flat and sandy. They drain fast and dry out quickly, so the soil needs organic matter mixed in before seed goes down.

Further up, the ground is heavier and steeper, and holding the seed in place matters more than the soil.

• Tackifier and a heavier mulch rate on sloping blocks

Steep yards up the hill

Behind the town, blocks climb Arthurs Seat and many yards slope sharply. Loose seed and turf both struggle there. We spray a heavier mulch layer with tackifier so the seed binds to the slope, and add erosion matting on the steepest sections, which we show separately on your quote.
