Terms of Service for Melbourne Hydroseeding. Last updated 14 September 2026.
Quotes
Quotes are fixed for 30 days and based on the area, access and site conditions described or inspected. If conditions differ on the day, we'll agree any change with you before work starts.
Bookings and weather
Spray dates depend on the weather. If rain, heat or wind makes spraying unsuitable, we'll reschedule at no cost.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted methods are listed on your quote.
Germination guarantee
if any area hasn't germinated within 21 days of spraying (with the watering plan followed), we re-spray it free of charge. The guarantee requires the watering plan to be followed and doesn't cover damage from traffic, animals, flooding or extreme weather.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
